Pets As Therapy Correspondence Course Registration Form

course is available Nationally and Internationally to reliable,
community spirited people with a healthy, calm, friendly and well
mannered pet, or access to such a pet.
If you have not been contacted within 7 days of sending the form please contact us and advise of such.
To Apply Please:
E-mail, phone or fax us to send you a course registration form;
or,
Print out, complete and mail the application form inlcuding the course
fee of $225.50 (Australian) to take the course by email or,
$291.50(Australian) to take the course by normal mail. International
students are required to take the course by e-mail.
