Velma’s Pets As Therapy Training School supports Velma’s Pets As Therapy visiting program.

Velma’s Pets As Therapy visiting program is a registered charity and endorsed deductible gift recipient public benevolent institution. Every donation made over $2.00 is tax deductible.

Velma’s Pets As Therapy operates in NSW between Wollongong and Newcastle and is self-funded.

Velma’s Pets As Therapy visiting program visits challenged and frail adults and children.They average 60 visits per month to hospitals, nursing homes, group homes for challenged people, schools for challenged children and challenged individuals living at home.

Velma’s Pets As Therapy visiting program offers physical, mental, emotional and social stimulation but most of all brings smiles, laughter and the opportunity for a lovely cuddle with a furry friend.
